lars and the real girl

We went out to the movies tonight, out to the moving pictures as they used to say in our Grandparent's day. Our movie of choice was Lars and the Real Girl. Going into the theater I didn't know much about it. I think I'd seen one preview and read the synopsis online. The premise of the story intrigued me and I expected good things. I am pleased to report that Lars and the Real Girl did not disappoint.

Without spoiling anything, let me just say that Lars and the Real Girl is a great movie! The story is unique and well told. The actors play their parts perfectly. And it is beautifully filmed. Enough said. Go see this movie. I doubt you'll regret it.
